I can't even have one fucking week without computer infrastructure fail. Network went out and unrelatedly, looks like someone fucked up our ops system yesterday. I'm tired.

I don't like all the carpet in the current houses (whyyyyy...I'm actually grossed out by the thought of wall to wall, ever) and I have all sorts of other issues with the genericness introduced by rehabs of old properties (which is why my formerly slumlord owned, minimal rehab house was perfect for me) but the project is cool. And the quality looks decent, bones wise.
I'm watching a video of a geek getting his nerdgasm on over a brand new in box IBM PC from 1988. And I'm having weird anxiety flashbacks to trying to figure out how to support these computers. So odd.
