I'm watching a video of a geek getting his nerdgasm on over a brand new in box IBM PC from 1988. And I'm having weird anxiety flashbacks to trying to figure out how to support these computers. So odd.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Here's that show I was working on last summer. [link] Those bottle walls have half a mile of LED tape built into them by my crew.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Connie, thank you for posting that link to the Avengers cast appreciation thread... it's salving my aches and pains these last few days.

You're more than welcome. There's a whole group on Avengers and MCU appreciation that has other threads that are relevant to your interests.

On your rec, I joined the Lazy, Stupid & Vengeful group there, ages ago. When I was still watching Agents of SHIELD I appreciated the discussion there. And I often peruse the various actor threads.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

This morning, I forgot a 7:30AM meeting, which will be turning into another recurring 7AM meeting.

So today is going great so far.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

This morning my alarm was off, but I still got up in time. Whew!

Yesterday was my first official work from home Wednesday. There was an issue with one of the main things I was gonna work on, so I took lots of breaks and cleaned a lot in my house. Exactly what employers fear about people working from home.

Relatedly, my Christmas tree is finally down and put away. Don't Judge.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Getting the Xmas tree down before Easter is a win.

Y'all, I do not want two more workdays this week. Can we just not?

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

-t, a couple of months ago I spotted a tree left at the curb ... from Christmas 2015. They did pick it up, along with the last of the 2016 trees, but it was pretty pitiful-looking.

And, this may be relevant to your interests: the Olivarez Honeybee Festival. They're offering starter packs of bees ....
