I will have to think about what to wear to vote, now. I love all y'all's ensembles!
I gave in to temptation and poked around that Nanoleaf site. The aurora is certainly intriguing, in a maybe someday I'll be ready for that way, but the ivy might be what I need now. Well, need is to strong, but it would be useful.
Oh dear, I just realized that the aurora might be an elegant solution to my kitchen lighting dilemma. Hm.
I can't decide if I should wear the pantsuit, or just let my H button speak for me.
Work day is more than half done! Then I can go home and continue assembling my new CD shelves!
Just a reminder - no overt campaigning stuff may be worn (where others can see it - so stick the H pin under a layer, and no one will know). Also check your local laws regarding cell-phone/ camera use in and around the polling stations.
What the heck kind of campaign have we been having that a pantsuit becomes a statement?

Oh, really? I didn't know that.
Yeah, there was a man (I think in Texas) that got arrested because he refused to remove or turn his "Basket of Deplorables" shirt inside out at an early voting station.
A friend of mine has a "Vagenda of Manocide" shirt that she plans on wearing to vote and I warned her to be careful because of that.
4 bags of leaves, covering about 4.5 houses and the street in front of them. And this is light, leaves haven't even begun to peak. I think last year, we did 15 bags one weekend. And given the breeze, by nightfall, it'll look like I've done nothing. But several folks out dogwalking, that I don't know, stopped to commiserate and compliment. Always happens and I love it.
I wish I had a pantsuit to wear on Tuesday. I have a tee with the H logo and I just got the one with "Madame President if you're nasty". I haven't decided if I want to stay home to watch the returns or try to find a group to be with.
aurelia, those bulbs are awesome!
I've had mine a couple of years. I love them. Power usage and color temperature are excellent and they claim to have a 27 year life.
I still want the Aurora, but it's really too modern for everything else in my bedroom. I may wait until they come out with the DMX control and then I can play with it at work.
I love my Phillips wakeup light.
Off to search...

I love that it's one my dearly departed grandmother would have been prepared to make. In powder blue!
I love the idea of a wake up light, but I sleep with a pillow over my eyes, so...
I'm watching the election over at my BFF's house. She just started watching The Walking Dead this weekend, so we're going to watch episodes in between poll watching, which is sadly appropriate to this election cycle, I think.
I don't have any feminist tees or pantsuits, so I'll be just stealth feministing with my spicy brains and middle-aged vag.
