Well, you'd better not be thinking what I think you're thinking, because my answer is the same as always — no threesomes unless it's boy-boy-girl. Or Charlize Theron.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Although he's ending his trip in SF, isn't he? Which means you get a guinea pig AND Scola, so you win this one.

Yeah, but not at the same time. So the guinea pig is just like methadone until we can get a hit of that pure street Scola.

Calli, fingers crossed that there will be an opening approved!

I emailed a person requesting potential role specifics and logistical details.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Let me know if there's a plan for the brief window of Scola in Dallas.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Now that I have properly calibrated my well-wishing, good luck Calli!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I just purchased Deadpool on DVD and arrived home to discover that it's still in the security clamshell. Do I have to go back to the store or will a hammer do?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I should think a hammer and a slothead screwdriver would open up that clamshell right quick.

That was much easier than I expected. Didn't even need a hammer, just pliers. I'm glad I didn't put shoes on and go back out for that.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Adult problems: trying to figure out the right timing for going to a friend's mother's visitation either before or after seeing my father in the nursing home.

My parents are proposing an Alaska trip this summer for the whole family, on their dime. Mom just asked if I would share a room with them. NOPE. And nope nope NOPE. I'll pay the difference myself, with glee. Not playing spinster aunt, not murdering one of them within 48 hrs. I inherited their thriftiness, but these days, I'm of an age and paycheck I only room with people when I really want to. My snoring, insomniac parents don't make the list.
