I forgot to take any of my meds this morning. And they are all at home. Oops. Most of them should be fine to take when I get home and I can substitute my old prescription that I still have some pills from for the one that wouldn't be, I think...

ETA, nope, don't have those either. Oh well.

Mine has reached new lows, and it does make me feel anxious and awful (while at the same time still giving me that initial zing of "Serves you right!").
