That still needs to go through committee. A lot of Republicans hate it for various reasons, this will be far from a cakewalk.

The feeling on the political end of my Twitter feed and on the Pod Save America podcast is that it's unlikely to get through the Senate without major modifications, because all it takes is 2-3 Republicans opposing it for whatever reason.
I'm torn between being excited about the potential Maddow scoop and being afraid to hope because of all the time I was SURE something would destroy 45, and yet here we are.
