Wait--putting mayo on the outside and grilling it in that?

No.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Kat mentioned that being delicious at some point. Unless I dreamed that conversation. No reason why it shouldn't work just fine, it's spreadable oil. I can't remember if I've actually tried it or not - I do tend to try different approaches to grilled cheese but I don't often have mayo to hand.

Googling Buffy Blue Jacket images to figure out what to wear tomorrow (assuming I am not out sick again AND I'D BETTER NOT BE I HAVE THINGS TO DO [I don't know who I am yelling at, but I feel strongly about this] I'm starting to think that the jacket I bought actually reminds me of an action figure and not an actual scene from the show. Or misremembering the blue trench coat, but the action figure is pretty damn close to what I had in my head.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I"ve tried it and it's good. Also easier than using cold butter.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Mayo is ok. Butter is nice. Bacon fat is ohmigoshgimme.

Vortex, much retroactive interview~ma for you.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

I'm not so fond of mayo on sandwiches because most sandwich makers put too much on it. Mayo and sour cream are things I like in food, but not by themselves.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I have heard Mayo makes a better crust. I haven't tried it.

hip deep in pie

Although, he'd probably have a noticeable accent...but maybe not. But evaporated milk in tea is totally a thing there. It's the only way I had tea until I went to university.

Coding and Sleeping

Sorry to hear about the job situation tommy. I've never had any trouble using Libreoffice for resumes when I needed to submit a .doc or .docx.

Dear gawd, my officemates are sooo sheltered/ blind white people. All of us were scrambling to do the sexual harassment training before the deadline (we've been busy) and it is the usual clunky lawyer and hr formed embarrassment, but their commentary! Oy. I was darkly amused to shock one hired before me, 20 years ago, with the bullshit I encountered on one interview here. Oh, and yeah, that officemate of yours let go? Yeah, that was for cause, specifically some seriously egregious shit. Oh, you didn't know?

Yeah, that's why we have this. And still need this.

They're useful for work. I have no desire to be social with them.
