Dear gawd, my officemates are sooo sheltered/ blind white people. All of us were scrambling to do the sexual harassment training before the deadline (we've been busy) and it is the usual clunky lawyer and hr formed embarrassment, but their commentary! Oy. I was darkly amused to shock one hired before me, 20 years ago, with the bullshit I encountered on one interview here. Oh, and yeah, that officemate of yours let go? Yeah, that was for cause, specifically some seriously egregious shit. Oh, you didn't know?
Yeah, that's why we have this. And still need this.
They're useful for work. I have no desire to be social with them.
I recently learned the mayo-on-the-outside-of-a-grilled-cheese-sandwich trick, and it TOTALLY works. Way easier and more reliable than butter.
shrift and I are eyeballing you guys hard about this mayo thing.
Yes, so happy that Buffy happened 20 years ago, but not nearly as happy as I am that her existence inspired this community. Feeling the Buffista love!
Happy Buffyversity, y'all!
Here's an article by ASH on the topic. [link]

The Guardian also has reader contributions on what Buffy means to them here: [link]
I have a feeling that any number of us could have written something along those lines.
Yes, Happy Buffy Day! I am planning on going home and watching Restless while drinking wine if anyone wants to join me in the Buffy thread this evening. I do miss watch and posts tremendously and I have never been able to get into it with another show.
Has anyone seen these Kitty Roo sweatshirts? The ad is hysterical, and yet, it does sort of seem like my cat would like this... [link]
Yay! the Buffy theme song just came up on random play in iTunes.
