Top 10?
Am I magic number 10?
Now to catch up with the tall end of the pervious thread.
Argh. This thing came up as a possibility for my biggest account two months ago, at which time I was told they needed to gather more information before testing whether it would go forward. Today I found out it's live and apparently has been for a while. The person I went and asked about it sent out an email this afternoon saying "I know I confirmed this in passing/verbally but never sent an email since [...Reasons...]That being said I felt compelled to confirm in an email" and left me off the distribution.
Blinvisible. Not a concept I think I can explain to my leadership team.
ETA but my complain-y post goes to eleven, so that's something.
Sorry, -t.
Top dozen, at least?
From the previous thread:
billytea, not sure how useful this will be, but it's cute! Every Hamilton song summarized in one sentence:
That is fun. Unfortunately, I think I would take longer explaining the summaries to Biyi than I would explaining the actual songs.
So apparently making a down payment before an operation is a thing some hospitals are doing now?
I fired my old GI because he was useless and the new one (understandably) wants to take a look at my innards and see what's going on rather than relying on Dr. Clueless' observations. I just got a call from the new hospital to get everything in order for the procedure and at the end of the call they informed me there would be a $150 fee upfront when I checked in tomorrow morning.
I was taken completely off-guard, but some Googling says that this is becoming a more common thing. You'd think they would have mentioned it when I originally scheduled the procedure two weeks ago.
Wow, that is pretty fucked up.
I had to put down a $600 deposit before orthapedic surgery in 2014 :/ And of course only had, like, 200 and change left on my flex spending card and had to use 2 cards to pay it.
And separately, I hope the surgery is easy and recovery smooth and your new doc finds out some useful stuff that helps you out.
