You like ships. You don't seem to be looking at the destinations. What you care about is the ships, and mine's the nicest.

Man, 2017 is not off to a good start. We've lost John Hurt, Mary Tyler Moore, and Democracy.

Now I feel bad--I bookmarked a bunch of coastal webcams so I can look at lovely ocean views while it snows outside. I just looked at the Myrtle Beach webcam, and there's a family having a picnic on the beach at sunset. It's a sweet scene, but I feel like I'm intruding. They may not even know that webcam is there, or they've forgotten about it. I feel like emailing the webcam's owner and apologizing for intruding.

I asked for an emergency road kit or some stuff for bringing lunches, like metal straws and utensils.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Weather's been in the 70s last few days. I think we're supposed to get 70s tomorrow, then it will cool down to the 50s on Sunday. We're starting to think the snow pants we bought for Mr. S won't get used before he outgrows them...

Good choices, msbelle! I'm assuming the yeti is a gentle "abominable snowman" type creature who requires no labor intensive maintenance and will thrive in Texas. Somehow.

I'm still at work THIS IS SO NOT RIGHT DAMMIT

Yeti cups are here: [link]

The company had already given us 30 oz. tumblers last year. I gave mine to my dad because it is too big for my car.

Tonight I got the 18oz bottle. I already have many water bottles, but this is very nice and I will use it.

Nice.

If Excel would just finish running this macro I could go home. I don't even care if it works at this point.
