I'm not sure I get what Riverdale is going for, but I think I like it.
It's Archie Comics thrown in a blender with Gossip Girl, Dawson's Creek, and Twin Peaks. I kind of love it. And I SUPER LOVE JUGHEAD.
I'm confused about how old they are supposed to be .
Just high school. What's confusing to you? (Other than then being TV's version of "high school," which is WAY OLDER than actual high schoolers.) (Props to the episode of Leverage that I just watched for using kids who actually looked like they were in high school.)
I have been baking casseroles, in actual bakeware in my oven! I dislike the cleaning of bakeware that has been in the oven. The hauling out of hot, heavy dishes at an awkward angle is annoying as well. Time to expand into microwave "baking".
Greasing and flouring the bakeware first can make casserole cleanup a lot easier.
The way they look plus some of the way they talk ..They are supposed to be sophomores right so 15 and of course don't look it.
The only thing I've watched in awhile that is set in high school is Girl Meets World and those are teenagers playing teens
Gommel/gomeral is a great word.
What the heck is blind baking?
I like to think it means you blindfold yourself before mixing ingredients.
