I am not sure why I am so calmed right now by engaging with people on the internet, but I am, so I guess all y'all coping has hit me at he moment. God knows this is not my normal state.
I do LOVE that someone on a Ted Cruz post said something "why don't you just take them into your home then? Didn't think so." And I got to respond that I, in fact, did have an immigrant in my home and had the sole financial responsibility for them for over a decade.

I've been enjoying yelling at the people who suddenly hate Starbucks for vowing to hire 10,000 refugees and strawman by asking "Why not hire 10,000 veterans, HUH???" by posting links to Starbucks' program for hiring veterans, which has already hired 8,000 veterans, fuck you very much you ass who can't be bothered to google.
Being able to respond "why, yes, in fact, I have an immigrant in my home RN AIFG" has to be incredibly satisfying. Suck it, haterz!
