I, too, am wanting to stop the world. Serious wtf. I should. It let the president ruin my health but I want to drink heavily and eat bad foods.

Also my new work project is INSANE. Meeting minutes should not be 25 page documents. And agendas should not take three people to review and several hours to prepare. At least, not for a meeting that happens WEEKLY.

I think this bit of bigotry will be wrapped up in "religious freedom to fire people or not work with them or not honor the law because of religious reasons."

This is obviously Trump being used as a patsy, because I've seen no sign of him having any kind of deep religious feelings. Except for the most tawdry.

In non-political news, I turned on the heat! Just for a few minutes to make sure it still works since I haven't turned it on in over a year or longer. It is currently 62, but they are saying this cold snap may get us to 47 tonight! I closed the windows last night. Whee! Back in the 70s and 80s the rest of the week, but Winter tonight! Also, super pretty sunset tonight has the sky still streaked with pink.

I think I'm going to need to join a religion that allows me to discriminate against Christians or something. But only when I want to. Like when I don't want to bake them a cake but I also don't want to be kind to my neighbor or immigrants or poor people. Is that Pastafarian? Or Church of Satan? Or?

Oh lord, I just got into it with some troll whose account name is "Charlie Brown" in a friend's Facebook comments. I called him a troll and dismantled his bigoted comments, and then said "[Friend whose FB page this is], I'm sorry I just called your friend a troll, but this is just sad."

Friend messaged me, and it turns out that Charlie Brown is not his real name (shocker), and it's someone I know, who is in fact a horrific bigoted shitbag. So I actually feel pretty good about my work there. I wasn't just yelling at a random troll; I was yelling at a troll I go out of my way to avoid on the very rare occasions we happen to be in the same place at the same time, because he is a shitbag from hell.

I jumped all over one of my son's "friends" for his idiocy, knowing son agreed with me. Then flounced off after quoting him my tag line. That was after he had responded with a video of Sean Spicer as proof. I almost choked, but knew I had spent enough time.

Plans for tonight include red wine, pizza, and Night Court. Maybe some DVR TV too since I have quite a backlog there. Make me laugh big screen on the wall!
