Wait, am I supposed to know who Volans is?

As long as you're healthy and traditionally employed, the system here works great!

Hahahah. Yes. "As long as you don't need our system, the system works!"

And I'm definitely looking into immigration if Trump wins. For serious.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

And I'm definitely looking into immigration if Trump wins. For serious.

He's not going to win.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Hee! Thanks, smonster. Will stay away accordingly.

food at the convention center is also pretty darn good, considering.

I saw a bunch of stalls that looked like a decent sized food court on the way in. Might try that since I only have an hour for lunch.

3 hours into the symposium and I am already squirming. I paid for the sessions and everything, so I shouldn't shove off and play hooky / go off to sightsee, right? Sliiigh.

He's not going to win

I'm clinging to polls and such. Feeling much less worried about it than I was even a few weeks ago...but also a tiny bit worried that the certainty won't get the vote out and then it'll be scary?

In other news, I once again want to scream at the system we are using. Wtf who planned that training can ONLY be done in IE??

(Ah, and just saw beep me--thanks Volans!)

move out and draw fire

And I'm definitely looking into immigration if Trump wins. For serious.

You should hear the discussions happening in the government around this. No one thinks they can work for him, but at the same time we all swore an oath to protect the Constitution.

And then there are the few deplorables who want to have their salary and benefits paid for by the government but don't want to pay taxes, or who think it's OK to support a government by and for just some of the people.

He's not going to win.

Woohoo! May your people be more sensible than the British.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

If nothing else, I think enough women are now mad enough to make sure they get out to vote.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Woohoo! May your people be more sensible than the British.

This? Is what scares the hell out of me. The Brexit polling was wrong. The Colombia/FARC peace referendum polling was wrong. What if this polling is wrong?

I might be super fatalistic today, but I'm not sure if things will change once HRC is president. The fringes--on both the right and the left--have been given a voice, and now believe they are the majority. They're not going to accept any alterations of their world view quietly.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I am taking heart in the record early voting numbers and hoping they have severely underestimated how pissed off Latinos are. And therefore the Latino turnout. Guac that vote, la gente! (That is prob incorrect as I don't hablo español, but I hope it's not unintentionally insulting).
