Sudden wetness on my leg that has a trail leading from my cats bum. Did she pee on me in her excitement over being petted?
Sniff test yielded nothing substantial.
Final clue was the tip of her tail being wet.
Need to stop cradling my glass of whiskey next to my leg.

Dinner with baffling friend went okay. Talked about politics, horses, cats, our different yet oddly parallel childhoods. She apologized for drinking too much last time, then drank too much again. I think I figured out why her behavior is baffling. I left politely when she started yelling at the ceiling. Maybe she stopped drinking and went to bed.
