One of these days I will make the oatmeal carbonara that I have a tasty sounding recipe for. Calls for three types of oatmeal, among other things, and I haven' had the will to shop for all that yet.

I'd better look at the actual recipe before I start describing...it's basically oatmeal made with chicken stock instead of water and topped with pancetta, soft-cooked eggs and parmesan. It sounds delicious. And likely to counter any anti-cholesterol effects inherent in the oatmeal.

If you don't mind me asking, who are you using for cat food delivery? I've been trying chewy.com, and they're pretty good. (I'm sure they'd be delayed by the snowmageddon, too, though.)
