We did not get to Die Hard today. We watched RED which Mom loved and was upset we didn't have the sequel. I promised her I'd get it when I returned these dvds.
I forgot High Society was a remake of Philadelphia Story. It was ok but I love Philadelphia Story and it was hard not to mentally hear the original version.
I also colored and half watched Midsole Murders.
We had a nice day here! Took a cab to church, and then my mother's minister took us to the nursing home, where we saw our usual lunch buddies, and then we all came back and ate last night's leftovers, which were a big hit all over again. The minister liked the tourtiere, which he had never had before! And then maybe he went to someone else's house for a roast beef dinner, which is hilarious.
My mom and I watched White Christmas and the Call the Midwife Christmas special. If anyone else watched it and didn't get the "all hands on the pump" reference, I would be glad to talk about John Snow here, too (or you can just google him yourself).
I would like to try tourtiere! It sounds yummy to me. I ate too much candy today. At all the movies. Now reading Yuletide.
I watched Zootpia last night and Deadpool today. I have taken the dogs to my room shuttle door and aN posting from my new Kindle Fire.

It's so good! But I get that it would be too different for some people.
I set my DVR to record the Doctor Who Christmas special, but what little I've seen since coming home leads me to believe I should wait until I have a longer hall from which to watch it.
I'm sorry Mac is being difficult.
We have had a lovely day. Our only hiccup was deciding to go out for dinner instead of cooking and then trying to find someplace that was open. We ended up at a hibachi place with a fantastic chef. We saw Rouge One earlier today and are settling down to watch A New Hope now.
George Michael? Seriously? Damn, 2016. You suck so hard.
Love tourtierre. We do that most years, though not this one. We also watched Zootopia. I died at the newscaster Peter Moosebridge, voiced by Peter Mansbridge. Probably only Sue O will get that, maybe Jess.
2016 can fuck itself. There's a chance that Dad will bounce back from the pneumonia, but not a strong one, I think. So that's a thing.
Otherwise, a nice Christmas, if a fairly quiet one. I'm now crashed on the futon with a bunch of Yuletide tabs open but I keep dozing off...
