ND and I were the opposite of Laura. We slept in until 10 and then wandered around St. Thomas this afternoon. This is definitely the right way to do Christmas, we've decided. Just wish we could teleport more of our friends here to join us! Pretty awesome having Laura and her DH here, though.

Buffista cruise ship could work instead of Buffista Island. Not quite this big though.
A smaller Buffista cruise ship could get into smaller ports. And we could cycle through the jobs. We'd need better wifi.
I am looking at remote underground silos for buffistas doomsday habitat.
I made it to Michigan and so did my checked bag. My sister came to pick me up and slammed her hand in the car door, which caught her wedding band and the diamond fell out. On the plus side, she found the diamond in the snow and salt, and she didn't do any damage to her hand.
I now have clean clothes on and a mug of tea, so I guess I probably should do some work today. I release the travel~ma into the wild for another Buffista.
