OMG, I am exhausted. So far this morning, I have been to the attic and basement at least three times each, have two loads of my mother's laundry in, and sawed branches off the tree and finally got it steady. Among other things. Now rest.

I plan really poorly, so I have to go to the big fancy mall today. (My hair stylist is there, and I have Important Hair Needs before the holidays, and I didn't get off my ass to make an appointment earlier, so I have to go to the mall the last weekend before Christmas.) God help me.

I had a very successful run to Super Target this morning. Went early before the crowds. Getting stuff checked off my list. Still no clue on what to do for several people, but oh well, inspiration~ma would maybe help.
No ice. In the 80s and I am about to go out and walk a mile with the dog. Need to take off my long pants.

Ventured out and got my first facial ever. This could be habit forming. I just got the 30 minute one, will probably splurge on the 90 minute one in the new year! It's close AND I get to support lisah's friend's salon without cheating on my stylist.

Suela that's scary. Glad someone was on the ball and caught it.
There was freezing rain but it wasn't that bad until I got to work. I went my regular route through the mountains and saw a car that had gone off the road and crashed into the embankment.
Got to work and the supervisor wasn't ther. My coworker and I thought we were going to have a repeat of the 3 hours wait when she massively overslept
She didn't oversleep. It was her car I passed...and she was on the other side of the road in the fake walking to the volunteer firestation and I didn't see her. A deer ran in the road and she swerved and skidded.
I'm going to be much more careful going that way.
Then I almost fell in the parking lot because it was a wee bit icy.
Coming home there was lots of rain but much warmer.

Thank you for the suggestions. Other than bananas, most of those are staples for her anyway. I wonder if I can get her to sip on Ensure throughout the day. Get some stealth nutrients in.

Yay!!!! The esthetician there is awesome. I got a 90 minute facial with her last month and am trying to figure out when I can justify getting another.
