Natter 75: More Than a Million Natters Served
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
It's true, though. She was very happy with them!
Well, that's what matters.
Ok, wrote my work thank you notes for the bonus. Finally. Now to drop them off when I can drive again (maybe tomorrow?)
Dang, sarameg. So productive!
I am home, out of the rain, not worrying about those orders (I got my 133 done, we'll see tomorrow if I get more to do), ready for leftover Red Robin and a little wine. Maybe the Project Runway finale. Ahh.
I gym'd, fed the child and dog, changed clothes, dinnered with the parents and brother, then came home and cleaned mac's room and moved his things out of guest room and back into his room. He should have cleaned his room himself, but I had told him to move back to his room for two days and he did nothing. This way it is done. I moved 4 piles of things out of his room and they will not go back.
oy, mac.
Dad's not eating much and is very sleepy.
I'm pretty sure someone posted on my local Nextdoor site about a lost cat and then found the cat in a cupboard.
If you had to pick only one, would you donate to the SPLC or the ACLU?
These two posts in a row had me going "Society for Prevention of Lost Cats? ohhhh, right".
Congrats, Laura!
There was a marriage proposal on stage after our show tonight. Last night we had a Blackhawks player in the show and tomorrow there is a photo shoot with the World Series trophy on stage. It's all very strange.

Hee. Whereas as a journalism teacher, I see SPLC and think Student Press Law Center (which is, for the record, an EXCELLENT place to donate money also). :-)
The Student Press Law Center is an advocate for student First Amendment rights, for freedom of online speech, and for open government on campus. The SPLC provides information, training and legal assistance at no charge to student journalists and the educators who work with them.
For the record, I have used their services multiple times, and they are amazing.
I'm gonna eat something and then I'M GOING TO THE STORE. BY MYSELF.
(Relax, it is close. Walkable even.)
