In other news...

I'm making banana bread today. Last year I made the best banana bread ever using olive oil and thyme.

So I'll try that again.

But I think I'll also do something with caramelized onions.

Also, I'm going to do a lemon poppyseed bread. Maybe with blueberries.

I went to the Penzys down the road from us. I got some stuff for my dad as a Christmas gift, and I got Chinese five-spice powder and zatar for us. And then they gave me free hot chocolate. I may be in trouble.
