Yeah, I mean, I can actually see why he thought that this was something that would perhaps skew things in the wrong direction (and unify the Rs to come behind Trump in ways they hadn't yet) and I think he wasn't wrong about that EXCEPT for Comey and company.

Everything was going so well -- I went to Target and bought All The Things, caught a bus home at the right time... and then thought I'd go to the super intense, supposedly cheaper, supermarket.
