I was just trying to have a Skype interview in a conference room when I realized the speaker on my computer was still out loud and not through my earphones, which was yikes, but then the whole sound crapped out and we ended up just talking on the phone. Stupid technology.

I watched the MAMAs (basically, Asia's Grammys/MTV awards) livestream and dancey Korean pop stars helped a bit.

I feel like Skype and Hangouts should check and warn you "Nothing is plugged into the audio jack; playing sound through your speakers can result in feedback."

So they came out to turn on the water before I got home and said the meter was turning (meaning something is on) and they cannot switch in on when that is happening. But I am home and NOTHING was on. They are coming back out. So help me if it is a broken something I will just pack a bag and stay with my parents for the weekend.
