Nice, Steph!

Uhhg, surgery won't be until the 12th. Something about high risk of post-surgical pneumonia. Alrighty! That got my attention! So I'm rationally ok with the wait, but with no guarantees I'm going to feel any better until then and the prospects of traveling 10 days post-surgery (been assured it is fine, just no heavy lifting)...uuuuhhhhg.

But still no signs of gb infection, so that's good. May it stay that way, at least until I'm past this cold.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, man, sarameg. Two weeks of continuing gallstone pain, and travel so soon after surgery is a lot. Lots of no-infection~ma!

Did I not say "None more sweet"? I thought it really loud.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh no, sara, that sounds terrible.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Scrappy, he is TOTALLY SWEET!

Ugh, sara. I hope you can stay as comfortable as possible until the 12th. If you need anything, let me know. I can always work from your place if necessary.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Ugh. But it has to be better than pneumonia.

meara - Nov 29, 2016 8:42:37 am PST #3032 of 30002

Sara that does sound awful. Though so does pneumonia. But geez. Are you just supposed to take massive doses of painkiller for the next two weeks??

I was going to throw out all my remaining leftovers, I figured they probably aren't safe anymore?!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I think you've got a week, but the FDA probably disagrees?

I'm uncomfortable, but not in severe pain. Not moving, I don't feel it. Moving, think a badly pulled or strained muscle. If it got super painful again, I'd be having emergency surgery. Pain meds are mostly for at night, so I can sleep through when I move.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Ugh, sarameg. That sucks all around.

I remembered I had some of my grandfather's eggplant parm in the fridge. So, today is improving. Also ltc woke up slightly less of a crank monster.

Thrive to spite them

Steph that's awesome!
