Our wings are not tired.

With 3 now they know there will more to follow. I really hope they impeach him from his current seat. And Thomas while they are at it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

And if his only defense is regularly being blackout drunk? I'm not that excited about that prospect, either.

It will be terrible for all of these women (and we know there are multiple, right?), but I kind of want them all to testify, because we need to run out the fucking clock. As it is, the GOP will probably get someone confirmed before January 20, especially if they lose the midterms. But we should make them sweat for it.

Maybe the Democratic promise to investigate everything will encourage them to limit their damage? Naaah.

I would like some of those GOP senators who knew about this allegation last week and were screaming for a Monday vote to have to answer for that. The statements that start with "it was 35 years ago" make me want to scream in the faces, "TIME'S UP FUCK-O!"

One great thing about leaving for the airport at 3:00am is that you can use cruise control (non-adaptive) in the city.

Also, since I won't have anyplace to stow luggage during the last day of the conference I had to pack everything (including CPAP) into a backpack. Just having a backpack while flying is f*cking awesome. I'm going to have to try to get away with it for every trip.

I'm kinda of waiting to see what all comes out on Kavanaugh. I'm not seeing a whole lot from mainstream news sources on the new allegations yet. I mean I'm not on the fence on whether he should be confirmed (no), I'm just on the fence on whether he will be confirmed. I suspect the GOP feels like 'giving in' to old allegations will not play well with the Trump base so they are going to try to double down and get this through. I think slowing things down would be the smartest play because confirming him and then having allegations get collaborated and have new ones come out would be a disaster.

You would think, but this group of GOP old men are completely short term oriented. Get him confirmed. Period. Clearly the impeachment process hasn't been used enough. My first hope is that after these women have been heard and believed they go forward with a vote and he loses. If he doesn't withdraw or lose, then I hope he gets impeached after outrage overflows and his lies in confirmation are used for impeachment.

With more coffee I could say that with less words.

Also, air travel with one under seat bag is the best. In the 6 flights I took to FL and LA I had just a soft underseat bag, and took a zillion of the airborne vitamin drinks, which may or may not have helped me to not get the ick.
