Actually, I had cereal and I almost always eat it dry like it's party mix rather than with milk and a spoon. I don't know why, I just somehow got into the habit.

Today is my dad's 78th birthday. I called him earlier and he was very happy to hear from me. I mean, dude, I always call if I don't see you on your birthday. You are the one who has forgotten birthdays, but I digress. It was great to talk with him. Our relationship is so much better than it used to be. He and his wife (her birthday was two days ago) are going to a dance/open museum night at the De Young tonight.
So, how bad is it that the FBI has reopened the email server case against HRC? I can't take it.

The relevant paragraph in this brief letter is the middle one, where Comey writes that the FBI "has learned of the existence" of emails that it previously did not review. In response to this new information, the FBI will now "allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information."
The FBI, in other words, is not reexamining its previous findings. It is not questioning its previous legal conclusion that "no reasonable prosecutor" could determine that charges are warranted. Based on the letter, it appears that the FBI will simply provide the same scrutiny to these newly uncovered emails as it previously applied to the emails it already reviewed when it determined that criminal charges are not warranted.

I did actually argue, and they came back with "Expected delivery dates are generated by Amazon. Please remove the negative feedback." Okay, dude, no. Your merchant page on Amazon has shipping information, including what "expedited shipping" means. I can't believe that simple logic isn't working here. I ordered it on X date. Expedited shipping as explained ON YOUR PAGE is 1-3 business days. Today is X date + 6 business days. It doesn't matter what expected delivery date Amazon gave me, you are STILL excessively late BY YOUR OWN CRITERIA.
I'm not actually going to reply a second time, though. I'm also not removing my negative feedback. Sheesh. And now I have to find another costume.
Steph, make a complaint directly to Amazon about the merchant pressuring you to remove a negative review. I had the same happen to me, and Amazon dinged the merchant and refunded my money, even though I was keeping the product.

I didn't think of that! I'll do that. I'm amused the merchant tried to pin it on Amazon. No, dude, they generate expected delivery dates based on your own guidelines.

I know someone who works in merchant support at Amazon, and I know they WANT customers to tell them when merchants do dumb, frustrating stuff like that.
