Somehow I ended up with two coffee dates today. Not bad! Although the milk in the chai I just had was I think one day older than it should be. Not bad, but on the edge.

First day of 7th grade is...unchaotic. Matilda woke up earlier and breakfast has been consumed and lunch made and she's brushing her teeth and hair. And...off we got to the races.
Tomorrow she's got softball tryouts and that starts up again.

I finished my ballot today for the primary. Ten races, and my 2 go-to newspapers endorsed different people in probably half the races which made my research that much harder! One I ended up choosing a third candidate that neither of them picked. That was an effort.
