I had very little complaint about the actual doctors and nurses Hubby dealt with, but the records and office people kept acting surprised when he showed up in their offices.

And, I mean, the urgent care staff isn't going to care that they're losing a patient, because they acted like I was an inconvenience. The parent company won't give a shit because I'm just a number in a system. I feel like I'm just yelling into a void.
Hopefully there's enough urgent care clinics in the area that negative reviews will drive people somewhere else. There are tons of them down here.
I'm sorry, Teppy. I hope that relief comes soon.
Also, msbelle! Too much.
We are looking over our list and decided to get take out. Maybe the list will look better with full bellies.
That sucks, Steph. I hope the front desk people at the urgent care you switch your business to do a helluva lot better.
X-posted with the detail posts. Good grief!! I see too often when otherwise good doctors have complete horrors for reception. And they are generally oblivious to it. I'm sorry you had to have this treatment when you were already in extreme pain.
Timelies all!
I'm sorry those people were so awful, Steph.
Jesus, Tep. That's horrible. Review them everywhere you can! Yelp actually has reviews of doctor's offices, and maybe it's part of someone's jobs to review them. Who knows?
Also sorry about your day, msbelle.
I love it when I'm trying to just close Excel so I can go home and it crashes. Did I lose everything? Did I save? Who knows? Can't leave yet, I know that.
And now I feel like I should apologize to Excel. I know what I did and it was totes stupid. My bad.
