Iron Fist is definitely not worth it, and probably not the Defenders, either.

The only thing on that list I've watched is Dr. Who and I think that's pretty worthwhile. I saw a few episodes of Mr. Robot and really liked it, but I haven't had time to watch more.
I'll second the recommendation for Longmire. Katee Sackhoff (aka Starbuck) has a prominent role on it. There's a lot of stuff about Native American/white relations—both interpersonal and societal. I think the writing's good, and some of the scenery is amazing.
Insecure is a great show.
Yes!!
I got a text this morning that my great-uncle passed away yesterday. I guess that's a step up from reading it in the paper, which is how I found out last time there was a death on that side of the family.
I would vote for Jane the Virgin and Miss Fisher. Times being what they are, you need some TV watching that isn't so intense and bleak.
I'll dissent and say if you stopped watching Breaking Bad, you're probably fine. I found myself becoming less and less impressed with the shenanigans as that show went on.
Of your list, I would pick Crazy Ex Girlfriend, Jane the Virgin, and Orphan Black.
Jane the Virgin you'll want to binge first so you can be caught up when the WTF of the S4 finale gets resolved in the fall.
I'm sorry, sj.
I need to look at your list myself, msbelle, but Jess makes good points.
I watch almost no TV these days, so my opinion is largely uninformed, but Jane the Virgin is the best!
(My current shows: Jane the Virgin, The Good Place, and Fresh Off the Boat, which I am slowly catching up on via Hulu.)
