I hope you don't think that I just come over for the spells and everything. I mean, I really like just talking and hanging out with you and stuff.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I watch almost no TV these days, so my opinion is largely uninformed, but Jane the Virgin is the best!

(My current shows: Jane the Virgin, The Good Place, and Fresh Off the Boat, which I am slowly catching up on via Hulu.)

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend would be a definite yes from me.

Capaldi's Dr. Who is a mixed bag. Capaldi himself is awesome, but the companion sort of curdles and takes over the show in his first two seasons—everything will depend on your tolerance for Jenna Coleman's take on her character.

I feel quite safe in saying your life will not suffer from never watching another Drop Dead Diva episode.

Coding and Sleeping

I don't really watch TV either, but I almost hate to say it because I don't regard it as some sort of virtue. I just don't have time. I think consuming other people's creative output is a great thing no matter the medium.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Oh, yes definitely Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. Catch up before the final season.

Tom has a good point re mango and caffeine.

I am exhausted this morning, after this weekend's trip and then last night going to see Janelle Monae! But it was pretty awesome, allllll the queers were out in force looking fierce. I was like "damn, I should've put some thought into this outfit!"

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is pretty much good times but at this point I would recommend waiting until the second half of this (I believe final) season is available.

Slicing mango is always a challenge. Papayas make an easier breakfast ime.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

sj, I'm sorry about your great-uncle.

My attempt at getting through a TV backlog is currently making my way through Leverage. I'm in S3. This show is a goddamn DELIGHT.

I'll add my 2 cents for Miss Fisher and GBBS, to lighten the dark, and Torchwood.
