Wasn't being careful enough this morning & have given myself a heat headache.Kinda derailing the afternoon.

But I got my summer city pool pass & plan to swim there tomorrow morning, as well as Monday. I even bought fresh sunscreen!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Virginia has two seasons now: cold af but no snow, and heatstroke.

I just went out to take out the garbage and I'm covered in sweat like I did a workout. Thank the gods for air conditioning.

Yeah, I haven't put mine in yet. But the house is ok as long as it still cools at night.

So I've gotten the headache down to a manageable level, but now looks like today's swim is about to be stormed out.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I think this is the nicest day of the weekend, but after volunteering at reunions and getting my hair cut and colored, all I can do is sit on the sofa.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Cool and grey here in the Bay, and there was actually mist in the air this morning! But not so much that the painters couldn't finish my house, which is great.

Also, looks like the Irish pro-choice referendum passed, which is so great. Gives me hope for the future.

Our wings are not tired.

It's raining and will be for several days with Alberto, but it was gentle enough earlier that I did laps in the pool for an hour. Rain at 72 degrees isn't tough to swim in.

Now that it is raining harder I have been playing with photobooth software for the wedding. I have actually managed 1 photo, blurry content because I was holding the camera and didn't have it on the tripod, but really I was just working on the template layout for the pictures. [link] I think it will work out. I'll do a test run on the 10th at Tate's shower with an actual backdrop in place.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I think I've done all the outside the house stuff I think I can. About to get down to some big cleaning.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

87° and humid as fuck here in NYC. Of course I'm at an outdoor party.
