Quick recovery wishes. With lots of chill~ma sent to ltc.
Went swimming in hotel pool. Managed 20 laps, but the sweat was pouring in my eyes so I had to stop for fear of fainting. Pool has to be 100 degrees. If it was my pool I'd be pouring bags of ice in it. It is like a huge not quite hot enough hot tub, but not so great for lap swimming.

I am trying to decide what to do with my evening. I may go to the opening night of the trans film festival? At some point before then in the next 2.5 hours I need to eat food and shower and possibly work out. ...or possibly I will sit on my couch for the next four hours and cook easy Mac and go to bed early. Wild life in my 40s!

My younger niece got into Cal for grad school! YAY! She was waitlisted, and this will make life much easier for her. She can quit her job (which is stressful and upsetting) and go to school full-time. So we took her out for drinks and noms.
And now I am watching The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. And thinking about pie.
