Well, a gathering is brie, mellow song stylings; shindig, dip, less mellow song stylings, perhaps a large amount of malt beverage, and hootenanny, well, it's chock full of hoot, just a little bit of nanny.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I had spoiled food in the trash. It wasn't smelly so I did not realize it. And it is spring in Texas so there are flies, so I have wormy trash now. GROSSGROSS GROSSGROSS GROSS. it is sprayed down with death spray, tied off and in the garage. I have moved everything. swept, scrubbed and have a load of laundry in. Now to shower myself.

I did at least confirm that there were none in the cat stuff anywhere and they are getting all new bedding and covers today.

UGH GROSS GROSS.

Ewww. Though I put a drain thing down the sink drain, which was similarly gross, msbelle :(

I have one tiny muscle in my back that is Very Unhappy whenever I move, and even though I took painkiller and muscle relaxant, and have been using a heating pad, it still will not shut up. Grrrr.

Also I would like to feel productive today but am not sure how I want to do that. And my gym is closed, and I am too lazy to run outdoors (and also my back hurts)

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I did that today, too!

I am proud of all of us.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Quiet today on the boards...

The trashcan, trashcan lid, and broom have all been scrubbed with bleach solution. Waiting for the broom to dry outside so I can sweep again. moving things again resulted in more detritus. (which I really want to type as detris)

Death spray on the garbage bag had less than 100% death results. Bleach cleaner has been sprayed and there was some escapee squashing.

Second load of laundry is in. So now all the cat things, the couch slip cover and the clothes I was wearing all are washed or getting washed.

I feel better having bathed. Now I should eat.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

We replaced the barely-standing mailbox at the end of the driveway with a fancy plastic one with our house numbers on it. We've been meaning to do this since, well, we moved in, so we're feeling quite chuffed.

I'm generally mad at people who bring five-year-olds to PG-13 movies.

But am still laughing at the ones who brought young teens to Deadpool.

Our wings are not tired.

DH wants to go although I told him reviews were mixed. He countered with the availability of movie popcorn.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

It's a movie that hugely benefits from a big engaged audience. If you want to see it at all, I'd say go soon to a theater.
