Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Thanks Laura and -t!

To make matters more fun, Gary's away on a business trip this week.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Aw, that is very inconsiderate of business to demand that!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Not surprised to find out about PORN considering there's also the porcine endogenous retrovirus or PERV. I get a lot of papers about PERV because concerns about it seem to have driven some intrepid researchers to create pig-human hybrids.

Which really? pig-human hybrids?! That just seems wrong

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Yep. Which means, at the very least, that Hannity, one of the first Trump supporters, has been endorsing a candidate that he has significant financial ties to without ever disclosing it.

Wait, did I miss something? How does Hannity being Cohen's client mean that he has significant ties to Trump? Unless Cohen made payments to Hannity on Trump's behalf (which I would not put past him). I suppose that Cohen could have done some legal work other than pay off people for Trump.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Bad migraine is bad. I woke up with it but made it to work anyway. At 4pm I bailed and ended up sleeping from 5:15-11. It's currently knocked down to standard headache level, but I should probably go back to bed so I can get to work tomorrow.

Remember how nice it was on LJ where you could turn comments off and on for a particular thread or post, even after it was underway?

Oops. I commented before catching up here.

Our wings are not tired.

I hope you were able to get back to sleep, aurelia.

Please send some health~ma toward my sister. I am headed across Alligator Alley again today to take her to cataract surgery, which is all good. On the other body parts level, not so much. She had to go see her doctor because he refused to renew her meds, understandably because she has taken the same AD for many many years, and frankly it really doesn't even work anymore. Anyway, he did labs and called her yesterday morning and asked her to come in immediately to discuss the results. Her kidneys are in big trouble. Going for scans Monday. Immediate stop to all pain meds and her metformin. She can barely walk from knee pain and has been taking meds for pain for years. Biggest scare is that she has had lung cancer and surgery for that, and bladder cancer. Neither has reared its ugly head for a decade, but this is really scary. Hoping that the kidneys are just pissed off about the quantity of prescription meds she takes and that we can wean her off a few.

I'm going to stay with her a few days because she is pretty stressed.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh man, Laura -- best wishes to your sister! That sounds like a lot.

In much more minor news, I am SO SICK of my winter clothes! Even more than I'm sick of being cold! I'm about to buy a whole new wardrobe, but I know one is waiting for me, if it ever gets above 40.
