I actually have no expectation of privacy on the Internet, so I don't worry about targeted ads. Facebook isn't there as a public service, it's there to make money. I consider the access to things sufficient value for some robot trying to tempt me. If they try to force me to buy or do things, that's something else. Just selling my info to people I can ignore doesn't bother me.

While we were waiting for a report to run, the little workgroup I was in before lunch spend some quality time showing one of our members how to delete apps from Facebook. Not that I've done mine, but I was report wrangling.
