Excellent news! (Not for the weasel fucker, but who cares about him?)

So, the ACLU contacted me back after I emailed them about the issue with Freak Ass Church missionary/substitute teacher who tried to recruit Matilda.
I think that weasel fucking attorney at the school district is about to have his life complicated.
Awwww YEAH.
Awesome!
Hec yeah!
A friend of mine pointed out that in Facebook you can go under settings and see what categories you're in for advertising.
How do you do that?
While we were waiting for a report to run, the little workgroup I was in before lunch spend some quality time showing one of our members how to delete apps from Facebook. Not that I've done mine, but I was report wrangling.
I just noticed the category thing yesterday or so, when I found the place to delete apps. I think it's in ad preferences, which is somewhere close to other preferences, which I think I could only find by googling.

Good to hear. The situation as it stands is way beyond the pale.
Ha ha, looks like our mortgage company paid taxes to two separate schools districts on our behalf. I don't have kids, but something seems funky about that.
Oh, even better! We got a revised bill from the city, when they apparently figured out we were not in their school district, and the mortgage company paid ALL THREE BILLS. Original bill (which included the wrong ISD), corrected bill (which had only our real estate taxes) and other ISD. So they double-paid our property taxes and paid the wrong ISD.
Dear Dana's mortgage company:
STOP HELPING.
I have unfairly maligned the mortgage company. It's the city that fucked up. And frankly, I'm happier with that state of affairs, because I expect city governments to fuck up.
For some reason, they granted one of us a homestead exemption, but not the other. So they split the tax bill in two, and for some reason I guess one person is assigned to one school district and one person to the other one.
We see the accountant Saturday, so we may just throw ourselves on her mercy rather than calling the city tomorrow.
