I feel like a locked room activity should very much be an opt in only kind of thing. I could see it easily triggering an anxiety attack in someone. (Like me if I wasn't prepared for it and I wasn't with the right people.)

I sleep with a mouthguard, but lately I need to either wear it during the day or keep my tongue between my teeth to keep from grinding. Or eat, which isn't working out too well.

To make my life complete, my office is having a team building thing on Friday. Our head person let something drop and I've figured out that it's going to be one of those locked room deals.
At least one of my team members is DYING to do one of those. I'm kind of into it, but apparently not enough to actually schedule it!
