Our reviews are going to be weird this year, because I have a different supervisor (technically) but my day to day reporting and work hasn't actually changed from my faculty boss. SO he has to meet with her, and then give me my review. I have only ever interacted with him in meetings.
That's strange.
My day so far:
Me: I can't log on to servers. I tried to change my password to fix it, but that didn't fix it.
IT: Did you change your password?
Me: ...yes.
IT: Did you change it in Windows?
Me: When I try in Windows, I get this error message. "Blah blah blah."
IT: Try Ctrl Alt Delete and change your password.
Me: ...YES, that's what I JUST DID.
Rinse, repeat.
Have you tried turning it off and on again? (that is what is written on the coffee cup my niece gave me)

Hm, I just got an invitation to a discussion of 9/80 scheduling. That would be a nice option.
I was out for 4 hours painting and my poor pupper got herself trapped in the bathroom, and she was seriously freaking out when I got back and I feel like the worst person ever.
...but the deep blue I'm painting the master looks GREAT!
It's house re-arranging weekend! The last of the IKEA is built (powered screwdrivers are Da Bomb), old stuff is being taken away, I have new art to put on the walls, and it should be warm enough to open windows. I may even vacuum the bedroom.
Go nesting Buffistas! I defintiely should do that this weekend. Maybe I actually will! Could happen.

Ugh, I have an ocular migraine coming on.(I've got the colored flashy lights going on and the beginning of a headache, though I just took an Advil, so that should help.) Having a cat meowing insistingly doesn't help.
