Sorry to hear that, Jesse. Chill out, other people.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I'd go with "There are."
Nora, I would go with "There are," as well.
I am home with falafel (currently in ma belleh) and wine (in progress), so that's better.
BIL called a little while ago. It's definitely active multiple myeloma. Baby brother spent the day having his port inserted, and tomorrow the chemo starts. Bone marrow transplant in the near future.
His doctors (he's at Mt. Sinai in NYC, which has the best long-term survival rates on the East Coast and possibly in the entire US) are hopeful and telling them both not to rule out an actual cure (BIL said, "A cure for an incurable cancer. Can they do that?"), but they are still both gutted. I have to call my mom to check in on how she's doing.
{{{{{JZ}}}}} I'm so sorry.
{{{JZ}}} I hope his doctors are right in their hope.
Have interviewed. Tired now. Supposed to have a 5-year goal by tomorrow morning at 10am. I can't begin to imagine what I could say about that and I don't feel like thinking about it.
Falafel and wine sounds excellent. I don't think I have falafel, but I could have something else and wine...
Oh, JZ, I'm so sorry. But Mt. Sinai is absolutely the best place he could be.
Oh, shoot, I also have a potluck tomorrow and have not thought of anything to bring. Very unprepared for the coming of Thursday over here.
I am so sorry JZ. I have heard it is a good place to be.
