Update: It was hard to get the right keywords to the support person, but once I did, the process was easy to get the new phone up and running like the old phone. (Wipe it and start over, was the answer.)

I tried to rake up the fucking monkey balls/anklebtreakers from the street, but seems they fell during the ice, so I guess parts of my street are basically cobblestoned with those fuckers until we stay above freezing at a convenient time. I filled 3 half (because plastic started giving from weight.I was bagging ðŸ‚-monkeyball popsicles) bags with what I could break free.
I think I have work problems, but because this is my weekend, am willfully ignoring them. Boss has my #s if she really wants answers.
