In "my mother is crazy" news, my mother is obsessed with the fact that the evite for our open house yesterday just had my name and number as the contact (although I said "we" and "our") and she says that everyone will assume that I am announcing our separation or divorce. (People who saw the invite on Facebook - you didn't assume that, right? Only a crazy person would assume that, right?)
The she got mad when I told her I was confused and offended by her comments.
Um, what. No. I mean, I also feel like people don't normally have a PARTY to announce their divorce??

By that reasoning, easily 90% of the parties I've ever received evites to have been divorce announcement parties. Including baby showers, toddler birthdays and Boxing Day open houses.

I'm trying to activate my new phone, and of course the transfer of info from one to the other isn't working. I don't know why! It's super annoying.
