Bon Voyage, Consuella!
Natter 75: More Than a Million Natters Served
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Grrrr, on the naughty list there Mac!
Bon voyage! Be sure and take lots of pictures to make us even more envious.
I'm watching The Mrs. Bradley Mysteries, with the glorious Diana Rigg as Mrs. Bradley. It's set in 1929 England, so it's fun to compare it to Phryne Fisher. It's kind of odd, because Mrs. Bradley addresses the camera regularly.
edit: this is cool, she's actually a recognized and respected investigator and criminologist.
And David Tennant as a guest star!
So it's 7:15 and I have had breakfast, swiffered the kitchen floor, and given the bathroom a once-over. I think all I actually have to do is wash glasses and put stuff out, so I'm going to sit with my second cup of coffee.
Family comes at noon.
Well done, Jesse. I have made coffee and breakfast. But I still have to make my list. I was hoping to be out shopping by 8. Not quite.
May have to check out Bradley Mysteries, but not today.
I had also done dishes! Since my last post I have done nothing.
Ok, I have my minimal list. My kids. I am not a natural shopper, as in I hate it. I have to have a detailed list so I can run in and out. The problem with this method is that what I have set in my mind is not always to be found.
For us, today is Dominic's 15th(!!!) birthday.
And the last chance to brave the crowds and get the cheese and garbage bags we discovered we were out of at 10 last night.
Garbage bags are kinda important for Xmas festivities.
Happy and easy holidays, everyone.
I think I've done everything, up to and including packing.
