Here's where I'm at: I'm getting a massage tomorrow instead of going to a funeral. Because I just cannot.
On the other hand, my notebook "system" just totally worked out, in that I was able to find a reference to a third-hand conversation from six weeks ago. System = write everything down in a notebook with the date.
Me at work yesterday: I fixed the things. You need to print out A & B and get them to customer.
Guy at offsite office I support: The data on A & B are wrong
Me: I'll look at it. Tell me what it should be.
Guy: Identifier of document that is not is real name has 123. Other doc has 456.
Me: hmm, let me see if i can even change those fields. (Start IM to expert in case I need help - pull up document and see data correct - expert verifies what I see is what she sees) .
Me to guy: here is what we are seeing was entered and is in the backend, what is printing out?
Guy: sends 2 horizon pictures. Not scans, not portrait, not full size. I have to print to pdf then print out to even see the data.
Me: Those aren't the right documents. These are not A & B, these are %#^ and F-you.
Also Me to expert: GIIIRRRRRLLLLL he was printing the wrong documents!!! I cannot.
People suck, msbelle. Not anyone here...just...ugh, people.

Guy just called me, AN HOUR after I sent him the email saying, "you are printing the wrong documents. The correct documents are named A & B".
And asked , "have you fixed the documents?"
!!!!!! And he called! On a day where I have SPECIFICALLY asked for him to reduce the # of calls into our office since we have both email AND IM.
At this point, I think you're justified in replying via bullhorn.
DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH, MOTHERFUCKER?!?
We can't not take his calls.
