I could have been a pregnancy surrogate! I didn't find out how "easy" my pregnancies would be until late in life though. Except for the last few hours, which sincerely suck, pregnancy was awesome for me. I felt great and loved the attention, even the belly pats from strangers.
Best part would be not having to raise children, which was a lot more challenging for me than the pregnancy part.

My cousin is 40! I'm kind of amazed they let her do it, especially since her younger child is 16 or something. But she also had a great pregnancy.

Aw. But I bet my cousin would agree with that part, too.
I'm sure my brain is somewhere in this pot of tea. Or maybe in the coffee I'll have later.
Congratulations, Burrell! It's well-deserved.
I woke up this morning expecting to have dreamed the D wins in VA and NJ. Glad to see that it's even better than I thought.
FUCK CANCER with a rusty chainsaw. I just heard from one of my cousins - she is in Germany with her siblings, tending to their mom in hospice. I knew she had a cancer diagnosis but last I heard she was in treatment. I didn't know she had gone into hospice over a month ago. I am heartsick. Their father died of brain cancer many years ago.
FUCK, FUCK, FUCK, FUCKITY, FUCK.
I'm sorry, Suzi. That's so sad.
Congratulations, Burrell!
msbelle, thanks, I think that's exactly what I need.
I have done much work today yet feel as though I have accomplished nothing.
But I am so happy about the Blue Wave that rolled through several States last night!
