Ugh msbelle. I'm so sorry. What a mess.
Good thing health care is competitive and ruled by the market so you have all these choices! Oh wait, not you, your employer. Forgot who was important for a second.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I have not been hydrating to my usual standards and I am out of Prozac; if everyone Ascended or Raptured or whatever without me I don't know how I will get through the rest of the week.
I'm hoping that when/if the Rapture comes, we'll get ten minutes of shocked, I Really Didn't Expect That silence, then Zeus or someone will poke their head out and say "Sorry we had to do it that way, folks, but now that they're gone, let's start cleaning the place up."
-t, I assure you I'll be Left Behind right along with you guys. (If we're Ascending I'll tell the nanomachines they need to pick you up).
I remember that episode of Benson! I can't remember what he was arguing with the auditor about, just the tone of the guy's voice as he kept saying DISALLOWED!
I'm here! And I have Prozac, actually.
I took a mental health day which mainly consisted of me sitting around having anxiety about how pissed off/bitchy my boss will be tomorrow, which really seems to defeat the point.
Ugh, sorry, Amy.
I have good news! My DVR'ed stuff came back! Phew.
Timelies all!
I am apparently Mr. S's jungle gym. Whee.
For the first year in forever our medical/dental benefits don't appear to have changed (I haven't gotten into the fine print). Our contribution is exactly the same, which has NEVER happened before. I think with us being acquired, they are working to keep as much the same as possible.
Shifting to Zoloft seems to be kicking in. I'm not sunshine and rainbows 24/7 but I don't feel like I'm weighed down 24/7 either.
Crowley had a rough night last night while I was out. CJ said he whined to the point of sounding like he was in pain the whole time I was gone. CJ would try to snuggle and scritch him but it only calmed him a touch.
Got a call from roofer; they're coming tomorrow!
So I got to pull the ac in the dark, while people walking their dogs stared up at me in concern. One dog got really riled up about me being on the roof.
And cramps hit, so that's fun. But working from home tomorrow to supervise and comfort the cars. It's gonna be noisy at times.
