You know, with the exception of one deadly and unpredictable midget, this girl is the smallest cargo I've ever had to transport. Yet by far the most troublesome. Does that seem right to you?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

This just in: I am bad at transferring phone calls. I wish I knew who volunteered me for this front desk thing so I could explain what a bad idea it is.

Gah. Two more hours of this. I hate it and am bad at it, the end.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

A safari sounds great, Consuela!

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I definitely want to go on a safari. I'm sure they let you pet the cheetahs, right?

So is Jeff Flake going to spend the next 14 months actively combating Trump's agenda? Because great speech, great trashing of Trump, I'm always in favor. But it's not like he's voting against his party, unlike those other few Repubs.

Also, I predict Trump's nickname for Flake, in tomorrow's inevitable Twitter tantrum, will be "Quitter."

This is what Archer has led me to believe. Or am I thinking of ocelots?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

You might be thinking of ocelots.

Aw, Robert Guillaume!

brillig

Please check the reviews of any safari company that lets you pet the cheetahs. Especially check for any references to Granny not making it back to the expedition vehicle.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Ten bucks says more than one person put Trump and Kid Rock down for their historical figures. That's probably the type they're looking to exclude. Or Hillary or Bernie on the other side.

I called in sick today (migraine) and stayed in bed until 11:30 when my hips were aching too much to stay any longer. It's improved enough that I can bear to have the lights on, but I probably ought to minimize my screen time.

Tomorrow I'm supposed to make a presentation to the interns at my workplace. The intern coordinator has given me no guidance on what is expected and I only know they were told it would be lighting design because a stage manager saw what the interns were given and told me. I hope these kids are ready for the Socratic method.
