I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Staggered awake, logged on to discover that an all-hands meeting was in progress. Since we just had a quarterly meeting, I figured something was up. And we've been acquired.

It sounds like they don't expect much to change, but I was still not mentally equipped to handle this right now.

On the other hand, also in my email was a notice of a 2.5% merit raise. Woot.

Jesse, I'd think "sorry, my father passed away this weekend" and either "x person can help you instead of me" or "I can get this to you on (future date)" would suffice!
