Coding and Sleeping

I'm currently reading a script about Reagan and Gorbechev.

I wonder how much fanfic there is out there.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Go Matt! Invest heavily in survivalist compounds?

My 11.6% pay decrease showed up on the payroll site. So that's not making me want to work very hard. I think after I clock in from lunch I'll spend some time on my Halloween decor.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

There is no / in this script.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Fire season just sounds terrible.

There should be a rule that wildfire season ends when Denver gets snow.

I feel like it shouldn't be burning in Napa, snowing in Denver, AND hot in Boston all at once.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Home now, having survived the train trip with cranky toddler who wouldn't sit for more than 2 seconds.

"Howdy motherfuckers, I'm a gay liberal redneck who knows how to break down, clean, and reconstruct an IWI TavorX95! Welcome to my fortress/artist's retreat—hope you like sushi!" pumps custom integrated grenade launcher

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I would like a timeshare in Matt's fortress/artist's retreat.

So I rearranged a room and now the enormous blank wall is bothering me. But! I have a lovely high quality Alphonse Mucha chocolate amattler print from 1899 that would look lovely there. This one: [link] But! It's a whopping 38.25x50.5 and needs framing. That's going to be spendy to frame. I could *probably* build a frame myself and get custom cut glass. But that's insane, right?

(It was a freebie 15 years ago when I got $1500 of framing done on some original art. Totally a way to sucker you into more custom framing!)

I got to meet a friend's week old baby! But he was sleeping so I didn't get to hold him.

Now I'm waiting on a report to run. I've never run it before and am excited I figured out how? But it is taking foreeeeever and it's unclear how long it will be (it's telling me "status: stage 67"$
