I called Congress offices today. Tillis' staffer told me they couldn't have responded sooner to Puerto Rico because of the vast infrastructure damage. And I was so pissed I didn't even say "then why could Pitbull land a plane there? Why could the cruise lines get there?"
This kind of thing is what happens when business people with no knowledge of government decided they can do things better. It's an embarrassment. I said that as well.
I also said that unless the Senator does something anytyhing he says along "thoughs and prayers" might as well be blah blah blah because it's just as meaningless.

If I were Mark Cuban I'd be pouring money into disaster relief and crowing about how Trump wasn't an effective enough leader to keep up despite all the US government's resources.
