Greetings from Urgent Care!
I have hearing loss in my left ear, (I hope) due to ear wax. My PCP couldn't fit me in until Tuesday, but I didn't want to wait that long, because, you know, hearing loss, so here I am.

Oh dear, Tom! I hope they can fix you right up.
If you bring it home and it's just not going to work for you to keep it for whatever reason, you can bring it to the shelter, right?
True, true!
I think of you're asking the question the answer is yes, Jesse.
Also true. I keep thinking, "Why do all my friends just have cats drop in their lap?? I would take a cat that falls in my lap!" So I guess I will take this cat and see how it goes!
I would take a cat that falls in my lap!
It's falling in your lap after bouncing into a previous lap.
Yay, cat!
Yikes, Tom. I hope it is an easy fix.
Unrelatedly, bp is 150 over 90. Dang.
BP can be elevated b/c of stress. And a lot of people have white-coat hypertension (when your BP is normal at home, but elevated when a medical professional takes it, again from stress).
It's worth keeping an eye on it, but you may not be in Lang territory yet.
Ear and BP~ma, Tom
After a whole lot of irrigation, my ear canal is clean, the eardrum is intact, and my hearing is back. So, yay! Also, ewwww.
Just wanted to take a moment to recognize and honor Jesse as a leader of our community.
